Casa Grand is a centrally located triple-decker home packed with outstanding amenities including a new swim spa jacuzzi (it's huge!!) and workout area with an exercise bike and stairmaster! With 3 large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms (a bathroom on every floor), this property is spacious, conveniently located (close to everything in Fort Lauderdale including shopping, beach, downtown, restaurants, bars, entertainment district, etc.), modern, and extremely well taken care of. Casa Grand is ideal for both short and longer stays. The kitchen is fully stocked, WiFi is fast, there is lots of comfortable seating and a third-floor lounge with a large private balcony. Additionally, there are TVs in all rooms and by the jacuzzi. Plus, there is an inflatable kayak, a cooler, 4 beach chairs, and a portable beach cabana.

"This place was amazing. It was super clean, had every appliance needed. We were on a family vacation and this house allowed us to be together, we had a nice barbecue, chilled in the jacuzzi, and played board games. Gabrielle is an incredible host, very attentive and quick to respond. This place was a short drive from the beach, and every store we could think of was at a short 5 minute drive. I highly recommend staying here.

"Andres and Gabi were fantastic hosts. Their house is absolutely gorgeous and so spacious. We never felt crowded on top of each other. They were extremely responsive and easy to work with. Will be using them again next time I go to Fort Lauderdale .

"As a first time Air B&B-er, the experience couldn’t have gone any better. Andres and Gabi were extremely friendly and very responsive at answering our questions and helping us with check in! The three story unit was very luxurious feeling. All the beds were very comfortable, according to the 6 of us who stayed. I also liked the amount of natural light that the house had, plus just about every window had a blind so it could feel private too. The swim spa out back was amazing too! It would be a great way to work out, when not using it to relax. I bet it would have accommodated 8 people. The house is in a nice location, about a 20 to 25 minute walk to stores or the beach. We stayed just 2 days. The next time we visit Fort Lauderdale, I would definitely like to stay here again, hopefully for a few more days!

"Great place in a perfect location to the beach or Wilton Manors, and best of all, if you’re traveling with a group of friends, because of the layout of the place, everyone can still have their own peace and privacy as needed! And the swim spa is 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾. I would def stay here again.

"My overall stay was amazing. This house is just a short distance from Fort Lauderdale beach and downtown. I loved the property it was so spacious, this is a very big house lots of room and outdoor space. Our host was amazing, Gabi was so reliable and informative. Anything I needed she replied so fast and answered every phone call. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious house for family or friends visiting south Florida. The house was very clean at checkin and the request for the futon bed to be set up prior to check in was followed and gave us extra room if needed. Thank you so much to our host that made my birthday in Fort Lauderdale a success!!
